Any Care Workers wanting to join the Agency & avail themselves for possible service opportunities, will be required to do this course.

It highlights, explain & clarify the quality standards required by the Agency from Care Workers.

Most Care workers have attained their Care Qualifications from other Training Institutions & this course is designed to compliment any other or previous training.

It focuses on Customer Service & Professional conduct.

Topics covered are the Agency policies & procedures, with the aim to reduce misunderstandings & problematic issues, which could lead to Customer Service Dissatisfaction.

This course is also included in the Baby Care & Safety course, thus there is no need to do it IF a candidate attended & passed the Baby Care & Safety course.

Duration: 3 - 4 hours (1 day) & 1 Testing day (60 min)
